Silver Dagger tells the story of a young girl whose mother plans to keep safe from untrustworthy men by keeping a dagger ready by her side. The song dates back (maybe) a few hundred years and it was recorded in 1960 by Joan Baez. There’s only a few chords: (in the key of G) G, D, C, and Em.
